"11/21/24 I called Northside plumbing regarding a drainpipe clog, water was backing up in our shower when we used our washer. I was told that they might be able to get a plumber out tomorrow or Saturday. The next morning 11/22/24 (John the owner who I had talked to the day before) said that he had a plumber that could be at our house in a 1/2 hr. Shaun was the plumber who was sent to our home and we went over with him what was going on with the clogged drain, he explained to my wife and I what he and his helper Brandon were going to do. Within a 1/2 hr. they were done, and Shaun tested the drain 3 times to make sure that it would not back up which it did not. I want to thank Northside plumbing team; they were both very nice and they did a great job cleaning up the area where they worked, and I will let everyone who asks me who they should call for this type of work it will tell them call Northside Plumbing, I know we will call them again if we have issues in the future"
